Nur 3Min.zum Strand.Zentrum ist gut zu erreichen.Der Außenbereich könnte einen Sichtschutz vertragen;so sitzt man wie auf einem Präsentierteller.Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus und ist keine Durchfahrtsstraße(Sackgasse).Ausstattung des Hauses lässt kaum Wünsche offen. ...
