"I reserved 2 nights on hotels com . I was called and asked if I was coming 1 hour later I was on the highway a semi jackknifed right in front of me. I got there and I was told that the reservation was pending and waited over an hour as they kept checking things . All the money was wiped out of my account. I ended up sleeping in a parking lot with no gas for 2 days freezing. I still have not seen a refund I'm beyond disappointed they did not vare. Hotel com won't even contact me. I don't think I'll ever get my money back and they did not leave the light on for me. It's freezing out and snowing my wife and I worked 12"

"The location was perfect for us. Near family, retail and parks. Traveling for Christmas can be a challenge, but to our surprise there was a decorated xmas tree, cookies and sweet morning bread. We really appreciated the extra touches that made us comfortable and feel at home.We would love to come back!"

"Bedroom was not clean (garbage under covers and bed). Dog poop out in the yard, coffee pot did not work. While the space was generally similar it was different than pictured, very basic, not comfortable. A lot of small damaged things (broken cabinet drawers covered with foam board, broken closet doors, no stopper in sink). Only had 3 bath towels for 6 people. Some rooms upstairs were cold. We stayed our scheduled two nights but would not recommend. The neighborhood was nice. "
