Emilias Hüs: A typical northern German thatched roof house with very beautiful, loving details such as wooden lattice windows, wood-burning stove, sauna and authentic furnishings in the newly built holiday home area De Poeler Drift in Zierow. Only 500 m to the beach.
House details:
Newly built thatched roof semi-detached house, underfloor heating, on the ground floor living and dining room, kitchen, fireplace, guest toilet, bedroom with two single beds and utility room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs two bedrooms, each with a double bed and spacious bathroom with sauna, The house has WiFi, terrace, beach chair, grill, garden, stone wall, 2 parking spaces.
WiFi and sauna use are already included in the rental price. Bed linen and towels are provided once when booking for a week or more (included in the rental price).
The house is an allergic house, therefore pets and smoking are not allowed.

Das Haus war wie beschrieben, alles da was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht und noch ein bisschen mehr. Sehr angenehm sind die Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sauna ist top. Kommunikation mit dem Hausverwalter ist schnell und unkomplizierter. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Traumhafte Ruhe
Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles sehr gepflegt. Der Außenbereich ist auch sehr schön. Dem Gast stehen Liegen und ein Strandkorb sowie Tisch und Stühle zur Verfügung. Die Bilder vom Garten sind veraltet, es sieht jetzt, nachdem der Pflanzenbestand schon älter und gewachsen ist, noch viel besser aus. Der Fernsehempfang ist leider gerade bei schlechtem Wetter nur mäßig. Die Lage ist ruhig. Der Strand mit Strandkörben ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Ostsee ist vom Haus erkennbar. Alles im allen ein sehr schönes Mietobjekt zu einem entsprechenden Mietpreis. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Jederzeit wieder!
Eine Woche haben wir mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind (3) das Haus genossen.
Tolle Ferienhaussiedlung. Sehr ruhige Gegend (Nebensaison).
In kurzer Fahrzeit ist man in Wismar.
Wer Ruhe haben möchte iat hier genau richtig. Ob im Strandkorb oder in der Sauna entspannen oder gemütlich in der Wohnküche am Ofen sitzen.
Herrlich!
Ideal auch für ein nettes Mädels-Wochenende 😉

Wunderbar gemütlich!
Wir waren in den Osterferien mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in Zierow und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Es war alles genau wie beschrieben, blitzsauber und sehr sehr gemütlich! Besonders toll fanden wir, dass sogar ein bisschen Spielzeug für die Kinder da war und die Sauna für zwei Personen perfekt war! Es ist ein kurzer Fußweg über die Felder zu einem langen Naturstrand, wo essich toll und einsam spazieren ließ, überhaupt fanden wir die Kombi aus Natur und Platz in Zierow und hübschen Städtchen in Wismar ziemlich perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Tebroke lief problemlos. Wir empfehlen uneingeschränkt weiter!

Erholungswert 100 %
Zehn Tage haben wir zu zweit in Emilias Hüs verbracht.
Die ersten Tage fegte das Sturmtief "Zeynep" und "Antonia" übers Land. Viel Regen und keine Sonne.
Also haben wir es uns in Emilias Hüs gemütlich gemacht.
Und das kann man wirklich...
Es ist sehr schön, hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber und eine super ausgestattete Küche und ein Kaminofen.
Die tolle Spielesammlung, Kinder-CD's, Kinderhochstuhl und Wii Konsole zeigen,
Kinder sind willkommen!
Wenn der Regen sich erbarmte und inne hielt, haben wir wunderschöne Spaziergänge am nahe gelegenen Naturstrand gemacht.
Die Belohnung danach war die Sauna im Haus.
Erholungswert 100 %

Hervorragend
Alle Angaben zum Objekt entsprachen der Realität, die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, Ausstattung der Küche super!
Da kann man auch gut die Mannschaft satt kriegen - wirklich alles da!
Die Lage ist in einer Ferienhaussiedlung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß ist ein kleiner Laden mit allem Wichtigen vor Ort in 5-10 Min. zu erreichen, oder mit dem Auto in 10 Mintuten ein Einkaufszentrum für größere Einkäufe.
Die Ostsee erreicht man auch in 10 Minuten fußläufig.
Dank der tollen Unterkunft war auch das leider meist nicht so traumhafte Wetter sehr gut auszuhalten!
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Urlaubsgefühl
Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, innen ist hell und gemütlich. Wir haben uns schnell wohlgefühlt.
Vom Fenster im Treppenbereich hat man einen kleinen Ausblick auf die Ostsee.
Das Einzige was uns gestört hat, war der schlechte bis zeitweilig garnicht verfügbare Internetzugang.
