Beautiful and quietly situated semi-detached holiday home in a great location almost directly on the beach - 400 metres.
A village within a village, surrounded by fields and thatched roof houses.
Ideal for dog owners or keen cyclists as well as hikers.

The house offers almost everything, from the high-quality furnishings to the free sauna.
All kitchen appliances are of high quality and installed by Bosch.
A thatched roof house, new construction 2022.

A very nice well-kept garden area with terrace, large parasol, beautiful garden furniture with cushions.
Two loungers are available for relaxation, a rotary clothes dryer and a tool shed with handcart can be used free of charge.

The city of Wismar can be reached in a short time, by car in about 10 minutes, Famila and Kaufland in 5 minutes.
