"The owner was very kind . He brought me into his office and chatted with a translator app and offered me tea and snacks. Very kind person "

"Service was very nice!!"

"Great location for train access. Did find 2 roaches in the room, but the room was otherwise clean. Air was nice. Could get super cold. Check in is weird. It’s all done by machine. Effective once you understand how to use the machine!"

"-Clean room -Friendly and kind staffs -Highly recommended hotel when arriving at late night or departing at early morning from/to Taoyuan airport."

"We were happy about everything; good customer service, clean room, good water pressure and hot water, good AC. Very charming place with own operated restaurant and cafe across the street and next door."

"Great hotel! Convenient location near train and buses with many shops and places to eat nearby. Would stay again!"

"Nice to stay "

"A decent and well maintained hotel at 林口, well priced and provides amenities that fit your needs. The open snack bar was a highlights if you would like to enjoy some sweets and coffee while during the day."

"Clean, big room with a comfortable mattress and sheets. Good location too. However, the room had a pungent smell from the air-conditioning on the 1st and 4th night. Would had given a 5-star if not for the odour."

"Beautiful place to stay with lovely details. There is the sweetest cat that loves there that we became friends with. Great coffees and a little gift shop in the lobby. Would love to come back again."

"Nice room and nice hotel"

"There’s a really useful laundry service (the staff will wash and dry the cloth for you), and room tidying every day."

"Great little hotel near Taipei main station. Super convenient for the train and a short walk to ximen area. Perfect budget option"

"The owner was very nice, the breakfasts were excellent, and the property was very pet friendly."

"The hotel lobby is really very small but the room is quite big and comfortable. Location is good as it is near the Taipei/airport train station."

"Clean and affordable"

"The room itself was new and clean as the hotel looks to have been renovated very recently. The problems began when I noticed another name for the hotel which confused me. When I got to the floor, two other guests were having issues checking in. The machine wasn't recognizing our booking numbers and one guest spent most of his time on the phone with customer service trying to help us all out. I was told I was given one room, but then another guest checked into that room. After another call...
