チェックイン時間より早く到着したのですが、お部屋をマッターホルンビューにアップグレードしていただきすぐにチェックインすることができました。朝食も種類が多く、プールやサウナもとてもよかったです。

グリンデルワルド駅前にあるホテル。アイガーが見える部屋を選択したので正面にバッチリ見えました。 スリッパが欲しく、部屋にある説明書通りにロビーにお願いしたら、今は一時的に無い、とのことでNGだったのが残念。

ツェルマットの駅から3分の場所にあり、とても便利。 天気に恵まれればベランダからマッターホルンも見える。 部屋は広く、キッチンやクローゼットがあるので過ごしやすい。 スタッフも感じが良く親切。 メインストリートとは反対方向にあるが、近くにスーパーもあり不便はない。

Exceeded my expectations in many aspects. Location is very convenient: 3 minutes walk from the train station and there is a Denner grocery right in front of the hotel. Breakfast selection and qualify are very good. Full spa: what a great way to relax in the massage pool after a whole day of skiing. Bed and shower are nice. In room mini kitchen and refrig is another plus. I would definitely come back and have already recommended the hotel to multiple friends planning to visit Zermatt.

The rooms were large like suites, ours even had two bathrooms. The best part was the underground pool and sauna facilities, including jets and bubbles and an underwater lounge chair for multiple people. Good location in town, breakfast was good but could have used a little variety on some days.

My wife and I stayed in Arca Hotel for 8 nights in January. The hotel is very clean, quiet and conveniently located; 5 min walk from the train station and ski lift. The grocery store is just two minutes walk away. The service is outstanding, very attentive to detail and helpful. They upgraded our room to a suite with a kitchen and a balcony with the view of the Matterhorn. The only thing we didn’t use was the swimming pool. They keep it very warm at 34C, which is too hot for us. The breakfast buffet is simply amazing. You can have more than ten different cheeses each time. It’s a real Swiss cheese extravaganza! We hope to be back soon!

Excellent hotel, few minutes walk to train, main shopping and restaurant area. Our room was big, self contained and had a balcony. The staff were exceptional and welcoming at reception and were very helpful with our questions. Breakfast had a great selection. Unfortunately pool was closed for renovations.

酒店距離火車站近，推著大行李也不吃力。員工笑容可掬，房間寬敞，有個小廚房，比一般酒店明亮舒適，床墊的軟硬適中。有自助早餐，款式味道不錯。我們的房間有陽台，天氣晴朗時，房間方向可以見到馬特洪峰。酒店附近有超市，距離購物街也很近。對我們來說是值得入住的酒店！

Hotel breakfast has good variety. Service is good and is conveniently located within walking distance from the train station. Room is spacious and we like it that there are 2 separate rooms for toilet and bathing. There is electric stove and microwave if you wish to cook or heat up food.

We received an upgraded room, which had a large balcony with a view of the Matterhorn. The host at reception was very friendly and helpful. He spoke excellent English, having lived 2 years in Canada on a hockey scholarship.

Cant wait to go back to zermatt again. the property is located within walking distance from the train station. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Just ask them any queries and they will try to help you. The room is clean with a small kitchen and balcony. The view is spectacular. You can see the matterhorn from there. Enjoy a cup of hot beverage with a spectacular view. The buffet breakfast is outstanding with a lot of varieties. You can also access the grocery shop which is within a walking distance from the hotel.
