On the quietly situated property, not far from the backwaters in the historic center of the small seaside resort Zempin, we welcome you for relaxing days in a comfortable holiday bungalow. The house is located in a small side street on the land of the landlord and is about 10 minutes walk from the fine Baltic Sea beach. The apartment was classified by the DTV (German Tourism Association) with 3 stars with an occupancy of 3 people.

Come in and feel good! In our beautifully furnished holiday bungalow, with its own small plot, you can enjoy carefree days. The living area is furnished with a comfortable couch, a coffee table and of course with a flat screen TV. In the adjoining dining area is the dining table with chairs. The kitchen has a 4 burner stove with ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, a sink and dishes. The bedroom with double bed (approx. 1.80mx 2.00m) and Venyl flooring also has a flat-screen TV and a spacious wardrobe. All other rooms are tiled and as a highlight you can enjoy the underfloor heating in the entire bungalow. The floor-level shower in the bathroom offers additional comfort. The rooms are bright and inviting through this large holiday home. You can end the day comfortably on the furnished terrace or the seating area in the garden. With its 2 sun loungers, this also invites you to sunbathe. A parking space on the property is available (from May to October in the carport). The initial supply of bed linen is included in the rental price. Towels are to be brought by the guest. 2 tea towels and 1 shower mat are available. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A travel cot and a high chair are available upon prior reservation. A grill can be used by guests. Guests can use DSL Internet access via WiFi free of charge. This is a voluntary additional service on our part, so it is not a property of the holiday home that is guaranteed in the sense of travel law. Accordingly, rent reductions cannot be claimed if the system or parts of it or a router fails.

Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
