Loved the room despite being cozy. Big bathroom. Very comfy bed.

The apartment was perfect for our family of five. It was walking distance from all area attractions and was very conveniently located. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Overall enjoyed our stay. There was a mix up and our room we booked was not available first night. Placed in a smaller room but they made up for it. They put us in the mezzanine suite next day which felt much bigger than the first suite. The only downside was the upstairs bed did not seem to circulate air. The vent is on lower level. The bed was not as comfortable as it could have been. We rented some bikes from the hotel and the first one we rented had a broken back wheel which really put a damper on our plans as we had to ride back. The next bike had a broken child seatbelt. Overall the staff were kind and helpful. Hotel was clean and really pretty.

Excellent location in a quieter area, but close enough to walk to the museum quarter or explore the rest of the city by tram. Staff very friendly and helpful.
