The kitchen, equipped with a cooking island and top-notch appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, and induction hob, opens to a large dining area with seating for ten. The cozy living room features a corner sofa, extra chairs, and a smart TV for entertainment. The villa also includes underfloor heating and cooling for added comfort. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with air conditioning. Two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom, while the third has an open en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have high-quality box-spring beds and ample storage space. A spacious roof terrace on the southwest side offers a lounge sofa and seating, perfect for enjoying the evening sun. The bathrooms are fully equipped with showers, sinks, toilets, and one includes a hairdryer. Pets are welcome (maximum of two).
