The kitchen comes fully equipped with a sink, gas cooker and oven, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, toaster, utensils, dinnerware, and cookware, ensuring all your necessities are covered during your stay.
The apartment features a main bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hand wash basin.
It includes two double bedrooms. The main bedroom is equipped with an air conditioner and features a king-size bed measuring 160cm by 190cm. It also leads to a rear gallery suitable for drying clothes. The second bedroom has a double bed measuring 140cm by 190cm, a ceiling fan, and access to an additional bathroom.
Bedding essentials such as sheets, pillows, quilts, and blankets, as well as towels and beach towels, are provided. Other amenities include an ironing board, iron, hairdryer, and Full HD TV.

1. NO elevator access (the apartment is located on the 2nd floor).
2. The property is equipped with a card meter, providing enough credit to meet guests' needs during their stay. This system helps prevent waste and ensures the air conditioner is not left on when not in use. If guests exhaust their credits, they have the option to purchase an additional card.
3. The property is equipped with one air conditioner installed in the main bedroom.
4. The apartment is furnished with a Fire Blanket, Fire Extinguisher, and Smoke Detector to prioritize safety.
5. Eco-contribution is a fee applied in Malta to reduce the environmental impact and create awareness of responsible tourism. It is payable by all tourists who are 18 years or older irrespective of nationality (including locals).
It is chargeable at the rate of €0.50 per person per night, subject to a maximum of €5 per person per visit. This is collected onsite in cash.
