The reason the is a four star review and not five star is because the property could use a few updates and maintenance. "Das Haus ist super, jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Wenn man alle Betten belegt, wird es leider etwas eng in Küche und Speiseraum. Das Grundstück und die Gegend ist sehr schön abgelegen und ruhig. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß beim Füttern der Esel, Schafe, Pferde. Außerdem gibt es viele Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Leider konnten wir die Sauna nicht nach unseren Wünschen nutzen (nur 1x da nur noch für private Zwecke). Hot Tube-Reinigung dringend nötig! Keine Inrarotkabine!"

"Overall our stay was okay - lovely daily breakfast from our hosts and close to all things we needed on this trip. Our main challenge was the unit we booked was not the unit we were given. The first unit lacked air conditioning which was a must in extremely hot weather. We had to make several asks for the correct unit and had escalate to VRBO. All in the end was solved."

"Really cool hotel in an ancient Medieval building right in the heart of the city. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and I love that it was downstairs in the old wine cellar. And our room was MASSIVE and had a great shower and lots of closet space and shelves. I also love the free coffee, tea and snacks in the lobby that we could access 24 hours a day."
