"Brilliant location, check in was easy and the staff were so helpful and informative. Room was clean and well presented, the only down mark was no blind or curtain on one window which unfortunately allowed the street light in."

"Check-in was not good… my sons arrived at the hotel and for some reason they forgot their passport, but they had other Id documents with them and photo of their passport. The gentleman that was making the check-in was very nice with them and really help with the situation… but there was a lady there, with another guest overhearing the conversation and she started to make problems… arguing that photograph of the passport was not acceptable and that the reservation should be cancel and threatened even to call the police. People like her are the ones that ruin the great experience of booking at a new hotel. Not sure if we are booking again… "

El baño estaba en excelentes condiciones, con buena ventilación y artículos de aseo disponibles. Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia. La ubicación también es muy conveniente, cerca de transporte público, restaurantes y puntos de interés. En general, una excelente relación calidad precio."
