The first room we got, when we opened the door, there was a cat inside staring at us, then we were moved to the second room, where we could not sleep ALL NIGHT because there were termites chewing those woods inside the room and the chewing noise was so loud that we could not sleep! We even recorded it just make the front desk people listen, and they were astonished! Then we were moved again to a third room. This was a really painful hotel stay!!

Une belle découverte, l'hôtel est superbe avec un jardin luxuriant et un accès immédiat à la magnifique plage. Nous mangeons face mer et la nourriture est excellente et variée. Le personnel est adorable, les chambres spacieuses et très propres. Que du plus pour cet hôtel qui m'a été recommandé et que je recommanderai à mon tour.

Detta är ett stort ganska slitet charterhotell med buffé till frukost, lunch och middag. Många gäster har ”all inklusive” och lägger handdukar på solstolarna tidigt före frukost. Vi hade bokat 5 nätter men stannade bara en. Sängmadrassen hade djupa gropar och luktade gammalt och ofräscht. Även sängkläder och kuddar hade en dålig lukt. Vi hade även termiter i takbjälkarna på badrummet. Ingen bra känsla men Bra läge vid den fina stranden, två pooler.

Flott hotell - men dårlig mat

Et flott hotell, nesten som en resort. Mange tilbud på hotellet, som spa, shop, lege mm. Artige og spennende show på hotellområdet flere ganger i uka. Middag på stranda på mandag, var flott. Maten derimot var rett og slett dårlig! Vi hadde frokost og middag inkludert. Frokost var litt dårligere enn ok, middag var skikkelig dårlig. Spiste utenfor, på andre restauranter siste dagene. Oppholdet var allikevel verdt hver krone!

La struttura ha un bel giardino e gli esterni molto curati, grazie al personale che lavora ogni giorno con precisione. La mia camera non era il massimo del confort, aveva un cattivo odore di umidità misto a spray antizanzare, che non andava via. Sarebbe anche un po' da rinnovare. Macchie di umido alle pareti. Cattivo odore nel bagno, anche se l'housekeeping ha sempre fatto il miglior lavoro possibile. È capitato che mancasse l'acqua. Ma la cosa che meno ho gradito è stato uno solo ristorante con solo servizio a buffet, di qualità media, che per di più nel prezzo include solo il bicchiere d'acqua a quanto pare anche nelle formule all inclusive. Il bar aveva un piccolo menù a la carte, ma troppo poco per chi non preferisce le cene a buffet con centinaia di persone impazzite. Avendo scelto solo b&b ovviamente era tutto molto limitante. Cercare altrove è stato meglio. Spiaggia bella, bella anche la piattaforma con la piscina e ombrelloni. Nel complesso, una struttura con un bel potenziale ma gestita non in modo consapevole.

Hotel molto bello, spazi comuni grandi e immersi nel verde. Camere spaziose e comode molto carine. Personale gentile e disponibile tranne alla reception che, secondo me, è l’unico punto debole dell’hotel.

Ne figure pas sur les poignées la pancarte ne pas derranger Sur taxes locales alors que nous avions déjà payé EXPEDIA 145 € de taxes …! Sur taxes chambre de 70€ alors que nous avions déjà payé et choisi notre chambre de luxe Lit matelas inconfortable Juste tissu rouge comme couverture, pas de couette Pas de carte sur la porte pour indiquer ne pas déranger ou merci de nettoyer la chambre La nourriture et bonne et les corbeaux en profite dès que vous quittez la table pour aller chercher votre café ou autre nourriture Par contre aucun dessert c’est dingue et les 3 fruits proposés sont vraiment pas bon ou peu sucré Les petites bananes sont bonnes Plage propre et transat confortables Les chambres sont propres et bien nettoyées Salle de bain ok La TV écran plasma mais 1 chaîne française de documentaires pas de chaîne TV concernant les actualités en France et Qualité image très mauvaise Wifi très mauvais saute régulièrement Personnellement nous ne retournerons pas dans cet hôtel My BLUE. Le personnel a un regard très condescendant et critique. Très mauvaises vibrations si vous avez le malheur de réclamer quelque chose de normal, le personnel le prend comme une attaque et ils se passent le mot entre eux. Grand manque de professionnalisme et de sérieux. Le fils du dirigeant qui nous saluait tous les matins a lui aussi adhéré à ce genre de gaminerie. Nous nous sommes sentis très mal à l’aise avec ce genre de management. Beaucoup de clients mécontents

Pleasant 5 nights stay. The two housekeeping ladies are genuine with big smiles. Dinner options are satisfactory (considering the standard in Africa). Rooms are old but with this price point it is fair. The rest of the hotel including swimming pool and bar area are pretty.

Notre séjour au My Blue Hôtel s’est merveilleusement bien passé. Le personnel est très attentionné et souriant. L’hôtel dispose de 3 piscines dont 1 au bord de l’océan dans un cadre incroyable (magnifique sunset). Nous étions en pension complète et la nourriture est appréciable. La responsable Cashier a été très compréhensible en nous permettant de faire un Check-out tardif en attendant notre vol retour. Notre séjour est positif sur tous les aspects. Merci pour ce séjour !

Je vais être obligé de critiquer l'hôtel malgré un séjour qui, dans l'ensemble, a été très agréable (la plupart des employés sont souriants et serviables, plage et mer magnifique, jardin tropical luxuriant)Malheureusement, 2 points qui me paraissent impossible à occulter : le 1er (le plus grave), nous avons été volés d'environ 30 euros dans notre chambre (environ parce qu'il y avait euros et dollars). La direction n'a tenu aucun compte du signalement, nous répétant incessamment que nous avions dû nous faire voler en dehors de l'hôtel ou que nous avions été négligeant (limite nous étions voleurs et menteurs); de plus, nous avons eu affaire à la responsable de l'hôtel et à une employée (pas Aneth qui elle est adorable, souriante et serviable) au relationnel détestable (je pèse mes mots), ces personnes ont anglais est très approximatif (aucun employé ne parle même un peu le français) et se permettent de souffler et de lever les yeux quand vous demandez à répéter et parler lentement .Il y a donc des vols dans l'établissement (déjà signalés sur d'autres sites) Le 2nd : crevaison de ma voiture de loc. et pas de cric, il a fallu que j'ai de l'aide d'un taxi extérieur (comme quoi ils sont adorables) l'hôtel n'a rien fait ou presque pour remplacer ma roue. J'ai crevé une 2nde fois et j'ai du me débrouiller seul (téléphone en anglais avec la population locale Très compliqué)....Vraiment dommage

3ème séjour dans cet hôtel, toujours aussi agréable. Très bonne idée d’avoir déplacé le restaurant au bord de la plage. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Une seule suggestion : remplacer les oreillers vraiment trop durs!

Perfekt!

Vi har været på My Blue i 8 nætter og det har været fantastisk! Værelserne var rene, maden var god, servicen var fantastisk, stranden var virkelig smuk og alt var bare perfekt. Hotellet har fx fællesmiddage på stranden med musik og underholdning, hvilket har været meget fedt. Udover selve hotellet, har vi også fået bestilt en masse ture gennem hotellet, fx. snorkling på en anden ø og en bådtur under solnedgangen, hvilket var virkelig dejligt. Det har alt i alt været en rigtig god ferie med et hotel der helt klart kan anbefales!

Très bon resort

Très bon hôtel, avec plage et 3 piscine. Chambre correct, avec bar et restaurant en buffet. L’hôtel crée des animations le soir pas gênant si vous cherchez du calme. Petit hic pour le soir, du fait de la marée qui remonte, difficile de sortir se promener. Attention toute fois quand vous prenez des consos au bar, au Check out vérifiez bien les tickets, j’ai failli en payer un à quelqu’un, il s’était trompé et l’avait mis sur ma chambre. Le service est pas mal, mais pour les excursions je ne peut pas vous renseigner car j’avais déjà un contact la bas qui fait de très bon prix. L’hôtel a aussi uk bureau de change au cas où. Globalement services au top, le personnel se met en 4 pour vous satisfaire. Au bar il propose aussi des chicha, ce qui est petit plus pour se détendre en soirée.

La struttura esternamente è tenuta molto bene. Le camere sono spaziose, seppur arredate economicamente, pulite e il bagno con doccia e asciugamani cambiati giornalmente. La spiaggia privata di sabbia bianca è in ottima posizione per godersi il tramonto. Sdraio moderne e nuove. La cucina un pò ripetitiva e l'angolo pasta da migliorare. La serata con cena in spiaggia e musica é stata bellissima. Il frigobar sempre rifornito con acqua e bibite. Non mi è piaciuto non avere una bottiglia d'acqua a tavola ma dover sempre chiedere ai camerieri che riempivano il bicchiere. Il mio giudizio, comunque, a parte qualche pecca è molto positivo
