気になった点 : 設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
This was billed as 3*, but in the whole time we were there the room was only cleaned on our last day & that was only because I had been asking since day 3 if it was going to be cleaned. The shower was disgusting, there was mould in the ceiling & floor. You couldn’t open the fridge door because the bed was in the way, the room was tiny & the bed only just fitted in. Pool area was ok but areas were very run down. Reception kept our passports but then one day when came back from a trip we saw the receptionist had been asked by a guest for their passport as they were checking out & the receptionist gave the guest all of the passports & asked them to look through & find theirs! Anyone could have taken anyone’s! I will not recommend this hotel to anyone
