Very friendly staff, clean hotel, lots of pools and nice rooms. Also good food with lots of selection and a great spa. Only downsides are the entertainment, which didn't match the guests, and perhaps the price discrepancy that guest pays for room (2x difference regardless of the room).

We really liked the accomodation. The staff was really polite and helpfull. Food was really good and there were many options. The only remark we had was that there weren’t many umberella’s for some shade.

The hotel looks absolutely beautiful and gives very luxurious feel. I loved the way that even when the resort was full you always had space for yourself. Food was great, cleaning staff amazing and it was also great to have access to showers if you were leaving in the afternoon after you checked out. All staff except one lady at the bar (working in the morning) were amazing and I hope I’ll see them there next time too. They really ensured that you feel like you have everything you need. Rafael and the crew were always proactive and ensuring you have space for your food, ladies at reception were amazing all of them and cleaning ladies always smiling and leaving your room so tidy. One negative as mentioned above was the lady at the bar near pool, I’m not sure if that’s her character or she’s just bored with her job but she was extremely rude to people. I witnessed this few times myself when I was standing nearby and it wasn’t pleasant experience. I overheard her complaining about the money the hotel gives her, telling off customers who just arrived that they have to pay extra for iced tea and that she doesn’t care they’re all inclusive because everyone is all inclusive (it could have been said more nicer) or rolling eyes every time she had to stand up and saw queue near bar.

Hele mooie schone accommodatie. Aan alles is gedacht. Ruime kamers en elke dag schoonmaak en schone handdoeken. Enige minpuntje zijn de zonnebedden rond de zwembaden. Deze worden gereserveerd wat jammer is. Het blijft toch moeilijk om te "delen

Wir wahren sehr zufrieden!

Wir haben 7 Tage in Cavo Vezal verbracht. Am Pool waren wir nicht aber es ist alles genauso wie die Fotos in Internet sind. Das Essen war sehr gut..für jeden was dabei. Die Getränke sind im Preis erhältlich.... Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und modern eingerichtet... Meer ist 4 min. zu fuss.

Wunderschönes seit 2018 geöffnetes Hotel mit herausragendem Service! Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, haben aber beim Check-In vom Hotel All Inclusive, sowie ein Zimmer Upgrade geschenkt bekommen! Wirklich wahnsinnig zuvorkommend und nett. Nun konnten wir bequem von unserer Zimmer-Terasse direkt in den Pool springen! Sowohl die Kellner als auch das Hotelmanagement sind sehr sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einige Male haben wir Abends, nachdem wir aufs Zimmer kamen, als kleine Aufmerksamkeit Baklava vorgefunden :) Da das Hotel recht klein ist, war das Essensbuffet klein aber fein- für jeden etwas dabei. Abends gab es Livemusik. Zimmer und der generelle Zustand des Hotels ist exzellent und sehr sauber. Dazu muss ich sagen, dass wir in der Hinsicht ebenfalls sehr anspruchsvoll sind. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und können uns nicht erinnern, jemals so einen Service gehabt zu haben. Besonders Christos haben wir direkt in unser Herz geschlossen. Die Gäste sind hauptsächlich Holländer, ganz entspanntes und gepflegtes Publikum im Gegensatz zum Klientel, was sich in Laganas auf der Partymeile herumtreibt. Wir würden empfehlen, diesen Ort abends zu meiden und stattdessen nach Zakynthos Stadt zu fahren- hier gibt es ebenfalls tolle Restaurants und Bars am Hafen. Wer ein tolles, entspanntes und freundliches Hotel sucht, kommt im Cavo Vezal definitiv auf seine Kosten! Vielleicht kommen wir noch einmal wieder :)
