The aircondition did not work. 32 degrees celsius in the room…Hard to sleep…And no one informed any one whats going on. Very happy we just stayed 2 nights. Our neighbours had stayed for almost a week with no aircondition…and no compensation.

Amazing vacation
We just got back from an Amazing vacation. The hotel was så pretty and clean. The room we got was Amazing too. But must off all the staff was Amazing. Tony and Alexander was so funny and made the stay even better. The food was Good, there was a Good selection each day. We got cleaning everyday on the hotel room and the cleaning staff was so Nice. Overall a perfect vacation! We Will surely return.

Amazing hotel with an incredible staff. Highly recommend this hotel for couples and adult families, not for single people. The service is excellent and food is very good too. I would go back!!!

The hotel is not a beach front or access to the beach. If you are not VIP you have access to one buffet. The al a carte restaurant couldn't accommodate us during our stay. The staff were not helpful at all. Drinks must be picked up from the bar, the waitstaff only brought water to the table. The snack bar is opened from 10 to 6 and the food must be eaten in front of staff can't be taken into the room. The air conditioning did not work in the room. We had to pay for transportation to and from the hotel upon arrival and departures.

Dear Janelle,Thank you so much for staying at AluaSOul Zakynthos, please note that, we do not advertise the hotel as a beachfront, actually it is seafront and there is easy access to the sea by a little pier. 100m away from the hotel though there is the sandy beach of Amboula. The meals may be enjoyed at our restaurants, in front of the waiting staff, as well as the rest of the guests.Our coolers are well maintained and should there be any problem, our maintenance team is always at the guests disposal.Hope to see you soon,AluaSoul Zakynthos Team

This is an older property that has just been renovated and in places it was evident but the staff was extremely responsive and the stay was very enjoyable. I would recommend this it is a great value. The location is relatively convenient. I have say that the staff was top notch! Petra made our trip wonderful.
