Terrible
Dont trust the photos on the hotels.com. I wish i read the reviews before my three nights booking. First - cigarette smell in the room. Then - you dont have the property to yourself. You get noisy neighbours who get up very early. Lights in the staircase didnt work and they even didnt bother to change the batteries on the clock. Long black hair on the toilet rolls, which they even didnt bother to put on the roll holder. You get shop bought shampoo/shower gel. Soap dispenser was dirty, didnt even touch it. Extraction fan very dusty. No queen bed, just to pushed together singles and i almost fell on the floor between them, because they are not fixed together. Wall socket faulty. Wall around one window not finished, so you here all the noises from the street. Balcony door roller not working and stuck in the middle, so you cant get oout to the balcony. Asked to move me, because the smell was terrible. Were not able to move the first night, next morning they ignored me, so i decided to leave and asked for the refund, and i booked another hotel. No refund through them or through hotels.com. So not happy with the service from both of them. All i got was that i could uze other two nights with the property later, which i dont want to use anyway after this awfull experience. They ruined my holiday in Zagreb. Wont book with hotels.com again as they dont provide a good service, only get our money… air con didnt work neither, stuck on 30’C
