Worst hotel experience. Such a disgusting hotel, mold in the bathroom, chips n bread crumbs on the bedroom floor. The room temperature was 28 the whole night. I felt disgusted after this stay. Staff was friendly

Terrible experience, it’s a pricey horrible hotel. The rooms are in terrible condition, there is no AC and there excuse is that it’s set in 24’C for the whole hotel for environmental reasons (but all the rooms have the fan on all day). The water is also not heated, carpets are disgusting, the breakfast was not only terrifying but also a health hazard. DO NOT GO FOR ANY REASON!!!!

They took payment for the city tax when I checked in, but not the hotel. I thought I had paid through Expedia. Then the kept calling and knocking on our door while my wife and I were sleeping to say we needed to pay. Then I got up and dressed and went to the front desk to pay, and they told me I couldn’t pay I had to wait until the morning.

The staff were great and easy going. They are also very helpful. The hotel is a bit old which is not a bad thing but some stuff may not work (as it was in my case, the air conditioning and the lights). There is public transportation just 4 min walk from the hotel and you pay 0.80 euros. There also some cafes and restaurants around which is a plus.

This hotel is in a terrible state. The entrance was unlit passage carpet stained.
