"The hotel is very dated. The Airconditioning in the room was ineffective and looked like it was very old. The shower holder was broken and only one light was working in the room. The welcome at the front desk, however, was very professional and friendly.
There was parking outside."

"Ivan assisted us upon check out and communication prior to check-in was most helpful, prompt and courteous.
The building is in prime location right on the waterfront. The wing of Riva Palace is lovely! The room is small but beautiful. The bed is comfortable with down duvets... Very Croatian! 🇭🇷❤️🙏 The little surprise in the shower was a sweet touch!!!🧜♀️"
