Short walk to old town Zadar via nearby pedestrian bridge. Clean and modern. Indicated laundry service but did not see any. Good communication prior to check in but not as much once we arrived however little need.

This was not bad, but also not amazing. First the positives: the flat is very clean and functional. You have everything you need etc. And the location is just great. 10 mins walk to the old town. Things that can be improved: the listing mentioned "laundry" which made me think there was a washing machine, but this isn't true. You can't wash your clothes here. Also the listing mentioned 11am check out time, but at 10.30am a lady came to basically kick us out saying that the checkout time is at 10am. Another thing to keep in mind, there is no way of opening any windows. You get air from outside from the aircon, but the windows don't open, which is annoying.

Lack of curtains or blinds on the window. Lights in corridor affect sleep at night also lack of privacy at night when we turn the lights on as people who walk pass the corridor can see the inside of the apartment

Enjoyable stay.

Lovely studio apartment. Very close to old town. There is a bridge connected the pier to the old town, just 5 mins away from the apartment. The room is very clean, comfortable with a touch of good interior design. Love the Bose mini sound system for some lovely music from the playlist you want at night.

정보에는 리셉션이 없으니 미리 연락해야한다고 나와있는데 1층에 있는 카페가 리셉션입니다. 거기서 체크인이 가능합니다. 시설도 좋고 쾌적합니다. 작지만 주방도 있고 전자레인지도 있습니다. 위치도 주차장도 완벽합니다.

자다르 여행을 위해 3빅히였음. 버스터미널을 약 10분 걸어서 이동 가능하여 아주 편리했음. Old town. 환전은행. Konzum 등 여행이 굉장히 편리하였음. 주방 들 내부 시설이 아주 깨끗하고 현대적이었음. 그러나 묵었던 방이 커피숍과 바로 이웃하고 야외 커피 테이블이 있어 밤중에 소음이 있는 경우가 있었음. 그외 모든 점 최고였음.

Cute modern luxury studio perfect location

Very clean, modern with luxurious feeling. Comes with Netflix too. Superb location just 5min walk into the old city. Very friendly staff who were so helpful always. Free on-site parking but need to call ahead for them to activate/lift the entrance ramp. Great stay would come again for sure!

Clean and cozy studio apartment

Very nice studio apartment. Real high speed internet. TV with Bose sound bar and PS4 is cool. Only issue is sound insulation from noise along the corridor and traffic in front not so good.

The property was amazing! The home is large and the decor was so welcoming. The location was just steps from the marina with many eateries. Parking was right around the corner so easy. The host was in contact and available and met our every need. We were able to visit several other places nearby as this location was perfect to be able to do this. I highly recommend this property and the only negative was that we couldn’t stay longer!
