"The Reception Manager was very rude and told us that they need to charge extra mandatory fees onsite amount whitch is more than 4 time while our hotel.com document statest this is not acceptble for us, The hotel room temperature was set at 18 degrees Celsius which was very cold and there is NO heater. ..."

"Waren insgesamt 6 Tage über Silvester in der Hütte. Diese ist sehr smart eingerichtet und bietet auf dem kleinen Raum, alles, was man braucht. Inklusive einem holz-pelletkamin, der eine kuschelige Atmosphäre schafft."
