Welcome travellers to our delightful 2-bedroom penthouse in Zabbar, perfect for families or groups wishing to experience a comfortable and memorable stay with very easy access to all the main attractions!
The penthouse features a spacious, private terrace with a dining area, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and a sofa bed which can take up to two more extra guests.
The apartment is equipped with AC & Wi-Fi throughout.
The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.
For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.
Living Room | The cozy living room is perfect for relaxation, featuring a comfortable sofa bed that accommodates two additional guests. Unwind after a day of exploring with your favorite shows or movies.
The living area also features a sofabed which can take up to two more guests. (linens and towels provided accordingly.)

Bedrooms | the main bedroom features a double bed while the other bedroom includes two single beds. For over and above 4 guests, we will prepare the sofabed.
Bathrooms | 2 full bathrooms, each with a shower, one of which is an en-suite.

Public transport in Malta is used for all locations and you can check 'Malta Public Transport' website to check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver or on the official website.
We also suggest you make use of the Ferries as you can enjoy the views while heading the the capital city of Valletta. The closest Ferry from the apartment would be in Bormla which is around 8-10 drive away.
If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : 'Bolt', 'e-cabs' , 'uber'.
For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere in Zabbar and no advance reservation is required.
Very important notes before booking:
1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
