The best description is that this is not a hotel it’s a motel and it looks like a drug hole and the people in front office is dishonest I reserved 3 rooms and eve that I rejected the rooms they still charge my credit card

I didn't like anything about this motel. When the man handed me the key to go look at the room, I opened the door and it was big dark stains on the carpet like it was a dead body in there or something it stunk like cigarettes in a non smoking room... There were people outside drinking and hanging out bums outside shopping carts full of trash it looked like. I would never have booked this motel if I would've known it looked like this. Just horrible and I have kids so no I didn't stay here.

It was really dirty. Back on the 50’s. TV didn’t work. Lighting was poor. Shower so small.

This property had spit in the sink, hair and dirt in the bathtub and a dirty sock left on the window sill. It was unacceptable and gross. I do not recommend this property at all!

Like: microwave and small refrigerator. Plenty of parking spaces because only five rooms were occupied on a Sunday night.
Did not like: Noisy, inefficient air conditioner. No drawer space for clothes. No closet or bar to hang clothes. No bedspread. Just sheets on beds. No wall hangings. No one in office upon check in or check out. Overfilled dumpster outside Room 115. Trash everywhere.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There were holes in the walls. I would not even use the bathroom. I tried to check out 5 minutes after seeing the room but the manager said he would not return my money. There was Graffiti on the television remote, I got a blanket out of my car because I did not want to touch the sheets. Stains on the chairs.

Extremely dirty, stinky, oily, sewage smelling & a horror nightmare to stay in! At 4 am, I contacted Expedia that the photos & description are irrelevant & it's for a different hotel, please take me out of here & they did and refunded me my money minus that horrible night!

First the television only had one channel and it was a Spanish channel for the two days i was there and nothing was done, i never had to experience a hotel stay with no TV, second when I would turn on the A/C unit it would blow out air smelling like urine so we couldn’t even use the A/C in which we had to sleep in a hot room, third the mattress that i was sleeping on was missing the middle bar on the frame so i had to sleep sideways in which the mattress had an indentation in the middle. My stay was very unpleasant i will never ever rent a hotel from OYO hotels ever.

Owner was super nice & friendly. The room was big & had some nice amminites. The only thing that was a disappointment, was no tv the two days we were there. Didn't offer to switch us to a different room either. Just making phone calls to Spectrum that yielded no results.

There are bed bugs here. I was bitten multiple times during my stay and upon presenting the evidence to management, they instead of offering me a refund, as they as they should have, they instead try to place the blame on me saying that the bugs were ticks that had come off my service dog. This is totally unacceptable I'm still seeking full refund and this is made my life a living hell. I'm now stuck in Yuma as my car broke down upon arrival and I no longer have the money to fix it because I had to come out of pocket to pay for a new hotel. I now have added stress of having to decontaminate all my items to make sure that I do not bring any bed bugs back with me. Once again this is totally unacceptable on both cheap tickets behalf and the hotel.

Our stay was ok but the room left much to be desired. The AC took way to long to cool down the room, the carpet was disgusting had too too many stain all over the floor I was scared to walk on it my kids did not want to step on it either. Would not stayed if I had seen room before hand.

The place is a dump. Waited outside in 111 degrees for the front desk clerk. And the front desk/ housekeeping wanted me to see the room first. They did let us cancel, but I would not recommend this place. Not sure how they would pass a health inspection.

They need to clean and change the rugs and the smell of the room is not good they need a lots of work to be done to be costumers got there satisfaction to stay.

Low budget hotel ready for complete renovation. Furniture and carpet were really dirty (sheets clean, thank goodness). Bath OK (but broken window).

The place need some work and it wasn’t clean when we arrived. We found personal belongings that didn’t belong to us. Bed was comfortable and AC worked really well.
The owner of the establishment was very rude and very judgemental. Couldnt use the pool, the carpet was extremely gross. I wouldn't go back, and im trying to tell others to NOT SPEND THERE MONEY AT THIS MOTEL!! Rude and very unprofessional!!
