"Somewhat reminiscent of the The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, owner of this hotel, Takashi made every effort to make our stay an good one. While a little spartan, the hotel was clean and warm, and the futon beds were soft and comfortable. The hotel is well situated about 7 minutes drive from the Tomamu resort. There are excellent restaurant options within 5 minutes walking distance. Takashi was very happy to drive us to the resort in the mornings. Thanks again for a great stay, Takashi! "

"Really beautiful property. Everything was super clean and in great condition. The bath is amazing and perfect for recovery after skiing all day! Jun made us amazing food for breakfast and lunch when we needed it, overall I would come again."

"Their daily variety of breakfast dishes are phenomenal. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Japanese never asks for tips and they did a lot of extra service for you like book a taxi or recommend good dining places. Room is extremely clean and bed is very comfortable. There is no elevator to the 2nd floor rooms. But skiing in Furano is a very enjoyable experience with its perfect weather and nice mountain."

"This property was not as described. The owner wanted to charge for everything (ie: to use the BBQ was an extra cost, washing detergent was extra etc). The property certainly did not accommodate 7 people as described. Not happy with our experience. We checked out early (3 days) as this property was impractical. "

Breakfast was quite nice. While they have soaking tubs, the water temperature is not hot enough (just slightly higher than warm)."

"This is a nice farm house. Unfortunately when our flights were delayed the owner stated they could not give us a refund for the two nights we would miss due to the place being fully booked. When we arrived we were the only room there in a place with 22 rooms and the following night one other group arrive for a total of 2 rooms out of 22 being used. "Hosts were very nice. The room was not well vented and smelt bad of kerosine which made our heads hurt and made us nauseous. The blankets we were given had hair on them."

"I really enjoyed my overnight here in Yuni. It's a small mountain style A frame coffee house connected to a nice corridor with only four rooms, so there isn't a lot of noise from other guests. The rooms were clean and the futons were comfortable. There are some fans to keep you cool, but summers in Hokkaido aren't too hot so it wasn't that big of a deal to not have AC. "Booked this hotel because it was near airport. Great and spacious apartment but there wasnt anything nearby for food or amenities. Check-in was done online, so there wasnt any staff around but there's a virtual video chat support. Couldnt get a taxi using their phone because the taxi company doesnt speak any english, luckily we managed to get hold of a staff to help us."
