The room is clean, staff are helpful. The hotel is convenient to most locations. A good place to stay with good value.

Good location, friendly staff. Only disadvantage if store luggage after check out, there are no storage area and all were left in corridor/ reception open area.

The main pic for this hotel is of it's lounge with a coffee machine, the coffee machine no longer exists and for the first day of my 3 day stay no coffee was available either in any format. Rooms are nice, bed was comfy, though pillows were very hard and duvet is too small for bed. The snacks in lounge are good and free. Walking distance to ximen Station and local shops and restaurants. It's a self serve kind of place, pick up clean towels on first floor, cleaning only offered if staying more than 3 days etc. The worst thing was the WiFi, it's pretty non existent

I had an amazing view of Taipei 101 from my very comfortable room. The breakfasts were tasty but you only have the one option (different each day I was there). The staff were lovely
