「Phone service not good in the area. Not a problem just in hotel but all surrounding places. Terrible tv. Had to have (owner?) come to our room and help us. Rooms very clean. Lobby area flooring lifting up but due to be upgraded by Christmas. 」

「We stayed in the king room with balcony and loved it! The room was HUGE! The balcony had an ocean view and we enjoyed every second of our stay. If the staff wasn’t at the desk they were there within seconds of pressing the bell to assist. Can’t wait to be back next year for our yearly trip to York!」
