「Beautiful property, clean, and plenty of room for the 8 of us. The washer and dryer was broken which made it difficult as we found out our cruise was being re-routed from Bermuda to Canada because of a hurricane & we needed to wash our warm clothes we had worn in NYC. Because of pre-planned activities we did not have time to go to the laundromat. The property owner did give us a small refund after I requested it. The neighborhood was a little rough, but these rental properties were beautiful. 」

「DO NOT RENT this unit unless you like a moldy shower curtain (so easy to clean/replace) to the all-night brightest main bedroom that had the thinnest curtains, the loudest street noise, and the weakest fan with no AC. Very hard to sleep. The only other fan in the entire unit was equally weak, and all the drapes were so dirty. You didn’t even want to touch them. The toilet barely flushed, and they don’t even bother to change the battery in the smoke alarm, which was beeping for three days. The...

「Might be good to have a book of house rules and how everything worked. We’re pretty good at figuring things out, but it felt weird to keep asking the host questions. Response was great at first, but then dropped off. A book with details might solve this. Beautiful place and great location. 」
