They actually checked us into a room that was not cleaned and occupied at first! Very frustrating until they gave us the next room. Overall, the room was way bigger than expected and quite comfortable. Will consider staying again in the future.

The hotel room was beautiful and hotel interior was nice. The area around the hotel was a bit dirty. The drying machine takes too long to dry clothes.

Perfect location. The elevator system was very inefficient and during busy hours we waited for 5-6 elevators to come and leave before we would get on one. Rough! They were slow and had to be called one-by-one for some reason.
Service was amazing & the room was large. Taxi parking spot right out the front doors, usually with 2-3 taxis ready to go!
The beach was right across the street & the hotel was near street markets, shopping districts, convenience stores, and cute bakeries (highly recommend Standard Bread Haeundae).

"My favorite hotel in Changwon. Hotel staff was always nice. The rooms are nice. The hotel is right next to a lake. There are many restaurants by walking distance. Starbucks coffee and Subway is just a few meters away. It's also close to downtown by walk. If you plan to visit Changwon, book this hotel. ..."
