One more along the Mutsu Bay with a special appearance by my husband :) This part of Northern Japan is full of natural beauty and lacking in skyscrapers. When one thinks of Japan, we often think of the big city scenes of Tokyo. Our stay in Northern Japan has shown me how much more Japan has to offer. I will always treasure my time spent in the countryside of this beautiful nation. #goldenhour

While driving along the coast of the Shimokita Peninsula we caught a beautiful sunset over the Mutsu Bay. Northern Japan is often ignored in the guidebooks, but the natural beauty it offers is not to be missed. Take the Shinkansen from Tokyo up to Aomori and from there the local trains and buses will do the rest. #goldenhour

夕食、朝食とも料理の種類が豊富で、地元の魚介、お肉、野菜とても美味しくいただきました。また青森の地酒も楽しめました。 ラウンジでは無料の地酒やシードルなどをいただけ良かったです。 部屋は広くて快適で海岸の景色も良かったです。海岸との間にバイパスがあるので車の音が気になる人もいるのかなと.. お風呂は広くお湯が柔らかくてのんびり気持ち良く入れました。露天風呂もあり少し狭いですが景色も良く気持ち良かったです。 スタッフの皆さんは丁寧で親切でした。
