Everything about the stay was excellent - ideal location, comfortable bed, clean room, good amenities. Customer service was truly outstanding at the hotel and beyond. I mistakenly left my jacket behind. The communication to find and forward the lost property to me deserves many more than the full 5 stars. Thank you!!

Really great stay! Clean property with a grocery store and restaurant in the building. Also located right next to two subway lines so it was easy to get around and the station had a bunch of stores and restaurants in case you were missing anything! Will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Yokohama :)

Convenient location near to shopping area. Hotel staff speak minimal English but is helpful to assist with self check in. Will stay again if I go to Yokohama.

The bathroom was roomy with big tub and toilet was in separate room. Only dislike was there were no pick up area for car to stop around the building. I had to drag my luggage to find cab in rain.

I stayed 11 days while visiting family and every time I came back my room was done the same as the first day. Housekeeping changed my duvet cover every day and gave me fresh towels. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world and I can honestly say this was the best experience ever. When I come back to visit I will stay there again.

Commutable hotel in Yokohama
We stayed in a double-bed room, and the room is cozy with comfy beds. I highly recommend that this is the best hotel to explore Yokohama.

Right next to a train station exit is very easy to get to when you have luggage. Within walking distance to Chinatown and cup noodle museum so we can spend time visit. Also is with a short taxi drive to Cruise Harbor, for first time visitor great location.

トイレ、洗面所、風呂場が分離しているというのを読んで、他の候補より高めだったけど、ここを選びましたが、実際は全部1箇所で、風呂場がドアで仕切られているだけだったので、とてもガッカリしました。ロケーションは最高です。浴槽はとても大きくて良いですが、部屋は狭く感じました。

Nice hotel at a convenient location (next to train and metro stations) with very reasonable price for this class of hotel. 24 hour coffee machines combined with other amenities offers much convenience. Wonderful !
It’s located beside the major station. The building, entrance and room were very clean and comfortable to use. Specially bathtub and toilet are separated, this definitely make your stay more enjoyable :) Breakfast has a lots of choices. Highly recommended !

Super great place to stay!
We only stayed here for one night but wow the room size is great! The bathroom is spectacular! So easy to bathe my little toddler with the bathtub and the shower head. Also the amenities they provide for free at the reception - bath salts, facial wash, Moisturizing lotions.. super great! Close to Sakuragicho station too!

The Hotel overall was great and modern. They had laundry facilities which the prior person left washer/dryer with hair and lint. I asked a front desk person if they could clean it. While going back to the washer a women put her clothes in the washer that i asked to be cleaned. Language barrier between her and myself when telling her that i'm using that machine. The staff member then told her the situation. I'm grateful for him stepping in and nicely told her that i was there first.

By far, the best hotel we stayed on our 3-week trip in Japan. Very comfortable rooms, big bathrooms, nice amenities, right on top of a metro station.
