The location is everything. Being so close to a station with good access is wonderful. After dragging my suitcases around during my entire trip I was thrilled at the convenience of having the hotel almost inside the station. The hotel is clean and the amenities were great. I was surprised to see so many Dyson appliances in the hotel room as well. I think the cost performance for this hotel is great and I would definitely consider staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at JR east hotel. The location is very convenient, across the street of Sakuragicho station & air cabin station. There's a restaurant, convenient store & Starbucks downstairs. The room is very clean & cozy & has all the amenities we need. We'll definitely choose this hotel again if we go to Yokohama

Great location, very affordable, clean and with all necessary amenities. Room had a slight but noticeable smell that got better when the air conditioner was running but was noticeable throughout - only minor downside to the stay. Otherwise fantastic for a 1 week business stay. Staff very helpful and nice as well.

The hotel room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. There were convenient stores and restaurants close by. The only drawback was we had to walk two blocks with our luggage to catch a taxi as there was no where a taxi could stop in front of the hotel.

Everything about the stay was excellent - ideal location, comfortable bed, clean room, good amenities. Customer service was truly outstanding at the hotel and beyond. Really great stay! Clean property with a grocery store and restaurant in the building. Also located right next to two subway lines so it was easy to get around and the station had a bunch of stores and restaurants in case you were missing anything! Will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Yokohama :)

The bathroom was roomy with big tub and toilet was in separate room. Only dislike was there were no pick up area for car to stop around the building. I had to drag my luggage to find cab in rain.

I stayed 11 days while visiting family and every time I came back my room was done the same as the first day. Housekeeping changed my duvet cover every day and gave me fresh towels. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world and I can honestly say this was the best experience ever. When I come back to visit I will stay there again.

Commutable hotel in Yokohama
We stayed in a double-bed room, and the room is cozy with comfy beds. I highly recommend that this is the best hotel to explore Yokohama.

Right next to a train station exit is very easy to get to when you have luggage. Within walking distance to Chinatown and cup noodle museum so we can spend time visit. Also is with a short taxi drive to Cruise Harbor, for first time visitor great location.

トイレ、洗面所、風呂場が分離しているというのを読んで、他の候補より高めだったけど、ここを選びましたが、実際は全部1箇所で、風呂場がドアで仕切られているだけだったので、とてもガッカリしました。ロケーションは最高です。浴槽はとても大きくて良いですが、部屋は狭く感じました。

Wonderful !
It’s located beside the major station. The building, entrance and room were very clean and comfortable to use. Specially bathtub and toilet are separated, this definitely make your stay more enjoyable :) Breakfast has a lots of choices. Highly recommended !
