The staff is outstanding. We had an amazing view of the harbor and gardens from our room. There is a very large and beautiful park across the street from the hotel. The area is very walkable and close to public transportation.

Great location, airport shuttle bus stop within 5 minutes' walk. China town is 5-10 minutes' walk. subway station is very close. Hotel staff are very polite and helpful. We will stay again.

The Hotel New Grand is a historical landmark in Yokohama. The location is hard to beat. It’s across the street from Yamashita Park, blocks from China Town, the International cruise terminal, 15 minute walk to Yokohama Stadium and good access to train system. Only down note is Hotel. Ew Grand needs to upgrade pillows, they were extremely uncomfortable.

Everything about this property was superb. The rooms were very spacious, beautifully decorated and the view of the harbor was fabulous. The staff was amazingly gracious and helpful. The property is conveniently located along the waterfront with easy access to Chinatown, restaurants and other attractions.

Hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to many areas with convenient access to the metro. The room itself is a bit dated but everything worked as promised. The staff were very attentive. Had a great view of the bay and gundam factory from my room.

Landmark hotel. Classic and nice staff. Great beach trail along the yamashita park. easy accss to Metro and china town. Famous moto machi shopping street. you will see why the song blue night yokoma means. great place to lodge in

There was a funky smell on the bay side street outside the hotel, but otherwise a top tier experience. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The view was perfect; I could see the Gundam move around all night.

Grand hotel and convenient location relative to Yokohama Chinatown and the subway system. Right on the bay, so quite nice view. Showing its age...bathroom was tight. Everything in good working order...just aged.

We certainly enjoyed our stay here and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. The room was more than we thought it could be. Excellent in every way! We will stay there again the next time we are in Yokohama and highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel had been my dream hotel since I was young... Everything was perfect! The view from our room was incredible. Everyone works there makes you feel very special. Also, the hotel is not just a hotel, but it is like a museum with history. I highly recommend this hotel when you visit Yokohama, my home town.
