My disappointments? The bathroom had a bad smell. Most likely coming from the shower drain. The extra buttons on the walls for electricity in the outlets or the stove was confusing to us. Also the fact that you can message the hotel, but you get AI on the other side is a bit disappointing.
Overall, despite the distance from the city center, the public transport to the town or the airport leaves from near the hotel. There are restaurants and supermarkets downstairs and short walking distance. Generally quiet. Kitchen super well equipped. For people coming from the US, a bit sad that there’s no AC, especially during a heatwave. One fan, if someone has to sleep on the couch is just not enough. If I ever came back to Geneva, I would definitely stay here. If anyone I knew, was looking for recommendations, I’d definitely tell them to stay at this place.

Nice enough place in a decent location for trams, rail and lake taxis. The lack of air con was noticeable given the high temperatures during our visit. Fairly dated hotel with small bathrooms but fine as a base if you are planning on being out and about all day.

We had a lovely stay in hotel Jade. The room was clean and comfortable and had lots of convenient additions such as robes and toiletries. Breakfast was good. Try sitting outside, it is very peaceful.
