We were not aware that there was no air conditioning until after we checked in. Guests should be advised of this fact! Guests beware, if it is HOT there is NO AIR CONDITIONING HERE」

「We enjoyed our stay in this small but comfortable apartment in the historic Graybow Hotel. Being at the center of downtown Livingston was very convenient to restaurants, bars and shopping. Would love to see the bathroom upgraded - the sink has separate hot & cold faucets, which makes it challenging to use. Otherwise we highly recommend the space.」

「We came to Billings as my husband was having surgery, so having a place literally 2 blocks from the hospital was incredibly helpful. I never had to drive and hunt for a parking space. The accommodations were spotless, roomy, extremely comfortable. Quiet nice neighborhood. The only thing I wasn’t aware of was that it’s a basement unit. So not tons of sunlight , but it’s very well lit and doesn’t feel gloomy. If we have future hospital visits I would definitely stay here again!!!」

「I had several issues during my stay at this property that made the experience frustrating. First, the only instructions provided by the host was the door code, and when I arrived, the refrigerator wasn’t working. I tried calling the host, but the number listed was disconnected. I then spent 45 minutes with Vrbo customer service, who also couldn’t help. The host eventually replied and informed me that the fridge was likely unplugged (I had tried pulling the fridge out from the wall earlier to see...

「We really enjoyed the brief time that we spent here. The apartment was new, modern, well decorated, and well maintained. Based on the images in the Expedia/VRBO listings I did not realize that this was a standalone building. The apartment is actually above a garage of a pole barn. The main level is currently not occupied so there was no issue with that. To provide a better description of where this is located, it is actual behind a dispensary business and shares the parking lot with them. ...
