8.6/10 Excellent! (703 reviews)
The room was disappointedly dirty. A significant amount of previous guests hair was in the shower, on the towels, and in the bedding. Fresh towels were requested in the evening and never provided.
The only ice machine is located in the lobby. With only one elevator, that can easily be a 15 minute round trip adventure from the 8th floor.
A discriminatory comment was made by the front desk staff while checking in. The rooms are showing their age. What was once a premier property is now a complete meh. Nothing special about it anymore.
