「We had a wonderful stay at the Faranda Collection Hotel. From the welcome, the receptionist and all the staff made our stay comfortable, they were extremely helpful in guiding regarding tourist activities, transportation. The room was super modern, beds very comfortable, bathroom area was clean. The rooftop bar and pool is beautiful and the breakfast buffet is absolutely the BEST feature. 「I stayed in 2 different rooms on my first day. The first room had a broken t.v. that kept going on and off with the picture. I was moved to a second room. The shower door was broken and would not slide. There was no shower head in the shower and no temperature control, so the water was just cold. The business around the hotel close early. 」
