Hotel Ursa was in a quiet and pretty neighborhood but still had the convenience of a big metro station nearby, good restaurants and interesting shops a short walk away (and in some cases across the street!)
And, it was a beautiful luxurious hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff.

I had a truly lovely stay at the Only You Boutique Hotel in Chueca from November 5–9. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, with every team member warm, attentive, and eager to help. Breakfast each morning was wonderful, with delicious options and exceptional service. The bar was a highlight as well—fabulous mixologists crafting amazing drinks in a stylish, inviting setting. The décor throughout the hotel is beautiful and adds to the overall boutique experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning. First class!

Buena limpieza, personal amable, buen desayuno, habitación con el colchón demasiado blando para mi. Aunque lo avisan-no hay ascensor y si muchas escaleras. Hay que tenerlo en cuenta sobre todo para las personas mayores como es nuestro caso

This is a quiet spa resort in the countryside. I stayed as it is dog friendly and needed an overnight on way through the area. Very nice place. A bit dated. Lots of people on package tours.
