It is a great place to stay in Madrid. It is very clean, quiet but amazingly close to so many great places. You can walk to major attractions or you can take the metro. It is really close to two lines. The stuff is really nice. I would come back.

Clean, centrally located, which is great. Located however on a busy street. The room was nice and large but the bed a little too firm for our liking.

Room was generally excellent.
Let down by the tiny shower room/toilet.
It was also poorly designed and you could not close the door and open / close the shower door. Also badly designed so water from shower soaked the floor and into the room.
Pictures for all rooms on thier site show a regular bathroom/shower room. Our Executive King has a tiny space no more than 1m by 2.5m
Rest of the hotel seemed good.

Buena limpieza, personal amable, buen desayuno, habitación con el colchón demasiado blando para mi. Aunque lo avisan-no hay ascensor y si muchas escaleras. Hay que tenerlo en cuenta sobre todo para las personas mayores como es nuestro caso

This is a quiet spa resort in the countryside. I stayed as it is dog friendly and needed an overnight on way through the area. Very nice place. A bit dated. Lots of people on package tours.
