"As others have noted, the lifts are something of a bother but if you aren’t rushing to get somewhere then it isn’t a problem. In terms of cleanliness, the place “felt” clean but unfortunately we found someone else’s drink bottle on our windowsill so I guess there’s room for improvement. Location is absolutely splendid, and the food and drink available on site were great and (for the city) reasonably priced. We very much enjoyed food service to our room and breakfast was just wonderful."

"The place starts to showing her age. The shower, there was mold and stopped us to use the SPA, even if we’d paid for it. Also, the carpet requires detailed cleaning."
