Bad hotel and an responsive hotel

We arrived to the hotel 10pm but it was closed and no one in the recieption and no one answered our calls which lead us to reserve and stay in different hotel. very bad experiance

Gran decepción

La infraestructura es buena, es bastante confortable. Lo que desmerece bastante es la mala atención. Tiene poco personal y por ende disminuye la buena atención. Pasamos una noche y encontramos una araña de regular tamaño en la almohada. Fuimos a cenar al restaurante y nos dijeron que iba a demorar 40 min. porque tenían un grupo grande que atender, al final demoró más de una hora y para colmo terminamos con ardor en los ojos debido al humo de la chimenea que habían encendido innecesariamente. Cuando pedimos que apaguen la chimenea nos dijeron que por orden de la administradora, la Srta. Connie, no se podía apagar. Al hacer el check out, manifestamos toda nuestra incomodidad y la recepcionista/administradora Connie nunca manifestó siquiera una disculpa, fue totalmente indiferente a nuestra incomodidad. Esa actitud fue lo peor del lugar. No recomiendo el lugar, pues de nada sirve tanta infraestructura sin buen personal.

La première chambre offerte était sombre, les tapis vieux, sales et usés, les meubles, pires encore, donc la chambre était repoussante. Sommes retournés à la réception et avons demandé une meilleure chambre. Heureusement, une chambre dans un état un peu meilleur était disponible... Nous avions des réservations pour 2 nuits mais avons décidé de quitter après la première nuit... Vraiment nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel, à moins que votre budget soit inférieur à 50$... Ça ne vaut pas plus.

Nice peaceful lodge in a very quiet town (compared to Chivay). Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was large and clean, and offered a heater (quite appreciable). Washroom was large and clean too, a bit cold in the morning, but offered hot water (cooler in the morning though) and a hair dryer. Excellent restaurant and service, and we also enjoyed the pool table there. Possibly lacking TV in the rooms, but that's not what you come to Cañon de Colca for usually... We'd visit again with no hesitation.

Good value for money

Il complesso è carino, la stanza molto ampia e i letti enormi. Acqua calda OK, riscaldamento con stufetta (nella mia stanza duubzunave benissimo, mentre in quella dei miei amici ha necessitato di un intervento tecnico), colazione soddisfacente. Nel complesso una buona scelta per una sola notte. Anche perché il prezzo della camera è concorrenziale rispetto a quel che offrono le altre strutture. Lo raccomando.
