It is totally new property, the desing and concept is very nice. Mostly local tourism for now, absolutely stunning views and the confort rooms, since they have hot springs or hot baths is very attractive spot for families, which they were a lot with small kids everywhere, so if you want quiet and piece this won't be the place I guess.

Highly recommend, the hot spring is the best. They don’t use recycle water. Perfect view in the area. I will definitely come back again to Kagoshima area just for this hotel.

Note of clarification, the room was labelled as "NO VIEW", but we were still placed on the tenth floor and got a lovely view of the rear side of the hotel, with scenic greenery, and a nice contrast of classic and modern Kagoshima.
