VV Casa Emily is an attractive semi-detached house with everything for your family holiday and more, on the outskirts of Playa Blanca, a few minutes walk to a beautiful white sandy beach.
This house has a beautiful summer house with dining table for 6 people and a chill out area, with sliding glass door onto the terrace and the pool, ideal to realax and keep out of the mid day sun if you wish.
Welcome pack on arrival, on a 2 week stay your bed linen and towels will be changed plus a light clean. Pool cleaned twice a week.

Excellent 2 Week Break
We stayed here for just over 2 weeks and had a great time! The outside space was far bigger than the photos showed. The pool was perfect for what we needed and the pool table was also a great addition. The nearest shop was about 20 minutes walk away, altho Marius did very helpfully give us a lift there and back on our arrival for us to pick up basic supplies. The Beach and bars and restaurant's are again about 20mins walk, which for our 2 kids was slightly to far to go without them moaning the whole way, but for us adults it wasn't bad at all. Marius was great the whole time we were there, helped sort us out with transfers and was very accommodating. We had a great time and would definitely recommend!

The villa was clean and comfy, the facilities were great - made good use of the barbecue and pool table, and also the TV having English channels was perfect, didn't miss the football or Formula 1! The garden room being enclosed is perfect as the island is quite windy. Close enough to walk to the main area of Playa Blanca but far enough away it was peaceful. Overall great stay and Marius was a great host, instantly responded and turned up the next day with a replacement parasol when ours broke.

Beautiful casa Emily
Just returned home from an amazing week in Lanzarote. First time to the island and we’ll definately be back. We are a family of 4 (2 older teens) The villa is stunning and the welcome pack on arrival was a lovely surprise, very thoughtful, beers and wine were well recieved!! The villa was spotless smelt amazing and has everything you need. Loved the pool and pool table and sitting on the terrace on a morning. The villa is a 15 min walk from the main playa Blanca but in a lovely neighbourhood felt very safe. Marius is a brilliant host, gave us lots of useful tips and was super fast in replying to any queries we had. Would 100% recommend and would Definately stay again.

Wonderful property
Fantastic 3 week stay at this gorgeous villa. The house has everything you need but we were blown away by the outdoor space. Great size pool, pool table, summer house, bbq and loads of space for the whole family to enjoy. Villa is in a quiet location but only about 10 minutes to bars restaurants and shops and about 15 mins to playa Blanca centre. Taxi rank in centre with spar and hiperdino close by which is useful if shopping. Both management company and the owners were really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and hope to return

Amazing outdoor space
We had a lovely stay here. The house is well maintained and has everything you need including a play station which went down well with our 10 year old. The best thing about this house is the outside space, the pool is big and warm and the water was well looked after. The pool table and table football were fantastic for spending family time together, and the permanent barbecue was good to cook on. The welcome pack was appreciated. We hired a car which came in handy for getting around, but could have walked to playa Blanca if we had wanted to. The area is really quiet so suits couples or families. We will definitely be looking to book again for next year.

Great outdoor space with good pool, useful separate summer house and lots of different areas to enjoy sun or shade. Main drawback is poor internet access (very slow and intermittent) and along walk to town. Upstairs double bed not very comfortable but overall a great property

Lovely family holiday, Marius is a real gentleman from the momentwe arrived and transfer to the house. Amazing attentive owner. Lovely welcome hamper on arrival. The villa was perfectly equipped with everything you could want and need. Location was around 10 to 15 minute pleasant from the town centre and the nearest beach. It was our first time in playa blanca and certainly won't be our last. Looking forward to booking casa emily again in the future 😊

Great Villa in Playa Blanca
Great Villa 20 mins walk from centre of town. Host provides a great welcome with much needed necessities provided on arrival.. We were greeted on arrival by Marius an absolute gent! He couldn’t do enough to help. Highly recommend this property for a great holiday. Books, TV, pS3 provided so plenty of entertainment provided too. Pool was great and got plenty of use.

Perfect family villa
The perfect family villa in a great location only 15 minutes walk from the center of Playa Blanca . With a lovely large pool and an outdoor pool table there was plenty to keep everyone amused. Gheorghe came to clean the pool twice and the villa was spotless when we arrived . Arriving late in the evening we were welcomed with a food hamper which was very appreciated indeed. A big thank you to Pamela for moving our arrival date forward with little fuss. Counting down the days before we can visit Casa Emily again .

Perfect stay - highly recommended
We had a wonderful Easter break at Casa Emily as a family of 5 with a teenager and younger children. We loved the spacious villa with everything we needed (the PlayStation was a bonus!). The outside space was outstanding though. So big with lovely pool, summer house with table football and even a pool table. Everyone was happy! The area is quiet and an easy walk into town although we tended to drive as only 5 minutes in the car. We would highly recommend the villa for a worry free break and would definitely return. Many thanks to Pamela and Marius who were so helpful and easy to contact.

Stayed in this delightful property for a week and was really sad we had to leave. The pictures don’t do the property justice especially the outside space which was perfect for our 3 children 14,11 and 3 years. On arrival the instructions were concise and access was gained. The owners had left a fantastic welcome pack ( thank you). The walk from the villa is a leisurely 15 min or 1km if you prefer to the start of town and is flat. Cannot fault this property, we’ll definitely be back.

Our first time in Lanzarote and wont be our last. Had a great stay in Casa Emily, a lovely clean house located a flat 15 min walk into the centre of Playa Blanca. the property had everything you need for a holiday, including a generous welcome pack on arrival, private pool, wifi throughout, pool table, table football, UK tv channels, etc... all set in a generous sized plot so you don't feel overlooked. Playa Blanca has loads of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets and you can walk for miles in either direction along a paved promenade. In an ideal world, Casa Emily would have larger bathrooms and bedrooms with upgraded mattresses But for the price paid, it is on point with other properties we have stayed in throughout Spain. We would not hesitate to stay here in the future, Many thanks, Andrew & Fiona

Perfect Family Holiday
I simply cannot fault the villa or the owners. We have just finished our holiday there and will definitely be rebooking it for future holidays. The villa is roughly 15/20 minute walk to the beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. We hired a car to drive around island, but you don’t need it. We used a local taxi service some nights and was about 4 euros from the marina to the villa. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable holiday, the pool was lovely and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. Pamela was a great help in answering my many questions before and during the booking, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend booking this lovely villa.

Lovely villa not far from the beach and restaurants
Lovely clean villa. About 20mins walk (with kids) to Playa Dorado beach. Had a great welcome hamper when we arrived which helped with a late flight - bread, milk, eggs, crisps, juice and cava just to name a few bits. Outside area was spacious and clean. We all loved the pool which again was a good size. We ate outside and in the summer house but found chairs a bit uncomfortable. Villa had everything we needed during our stay but we found the aircon not to be working. Tried all buttons but it wouldn't come on. Down stairs twin bedroom definitely needs a fan if no aircon as very stuffy at night. Plenty of towels provided and we even got a beach towel each so no need to bring your own. We loved our stay at Casa Emily but prefer one level villas. Our only gripe is that during our 10 day stay our bed sheets were not changed or the villa cleaned. We would recommend this villa though
