A lovely, and tastefully furnished property, with air conditioning, private pool, jacuzzi and sea view. It is located in the well positioned area of Montaña Roja, which is within easy walking distance of the beautiful sea front promenade, Playa Flamingo beach, and the Agua Lava Waterpark.

INTERIOR
Kitchen/Living /Dining Room:
The open plan living/dining room has two comfortable sofas and coffee table with a lighted apex ceiling giving it a bright and spacious feel. There is a large SMART TV (being updated August, 2024 to a minimum 55”, photos do not currently reflect) with Mag box providing all BBC/ITV/CH4/5 etc, all Sky channels, box sets, movies and much more.
The open plan design includes a dining table with seating for 6 (new dining table and chairs being purchased August – photos do not reflect).
Kitchen:
A modern, open plan kitchen with fitted units, electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, American style fridge/ freezer, kettle, and toaster. Everything you need for the perfect, self catering holiday.

EXTERIOR
Pool and Sun Terrace:
The living room doors lead out to the spacious sun terrace presenting beautiful sea views across the ocean to Fuerteventura. There is a shaded alfresco dining area, with seating for 6 and positioned conveniently nearby is the brick BBQ for the chef in your group. The sun terrace has ample room for the 8 sunbeds provided and boasts the luxury of a hot tub for those of you who want to chill out. To finish off this great outside area, there is a large private swimming pool 12m x 8m with a depth of approx. 1.10m - 1.40m electrically heated (November to April inclusive), with stepped entry to the side and also a circular seating area at one end, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Lanzarote sun!


OTHER INFORMATION
Location:
It is conveniently located in the Montaña Roja area of Playa Blanca. Approximately a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beautiful Playa Flamingo Beach and amenities, and from there, a gentle stroll along the sea front promenade to, firstly, the Ferry Port and then on to Playa Blanca town centre.
Parking and Accessibility:
There is off street parking for one car and plenty of off street parking for another. The villa is all on one floor and has two walk in showers.
Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.
Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Guests over 4 are charged at a supplement per person, per week. First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free.
Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of 20€ per week, per item. Minimum stay of 7 nights may be applicable. Enquire for a price if less than 7 nights is required. A refundable Damage bond of 400€ is payable for this villa or Accidental Damage Waiver must be taken. Distances (approximately in kms):
