Brand new, Serena Villas No 30 located in Las Coloradas area of Playa Blanca

Brand new to the rental market, Serena Villas No 30 has been built in May 2024, and is located in the Las Coloradas area of Playa Blanca, close to the Golden Sand beaches of Papagayo. The villa has a fabulous roof terrace overlooking the islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos. The villa has a covered and furnished porch, garden, private pool, balcony, top terrace with mountain and sea views and has private parking. On the first floor is the kitchen,(fully fitted) a toilet/shower, a solana with washing machine and living room, upstairs three bedrooms, two more bathrooms and a terrace that gives access to the roof terrace. The master bedroom has its own bathroom. Towels and bed linen are available for the user. The urbanization has 2 communal swimming pools, one of them for children. With sunbeds and parasols and a seating area where you can enjoy you picnic snacks whilst at this pool area The nearest airport (Lanzarote Airport) is 29 km from the accommodation. The town centre and Marina Rubicon is about a 5-minute drive away This is an amazing property and is waiting for your arrival

If you were holding off on booking here as it was yet to be reviewed, you can book now! This is a spacious, comfortable holiday home in great condition. The private garden and pool (combined with the option of a communal pool) has been a wonderful setting for a relaxed and peaceful week away. Location is good - although would recommend a car to make the most of it all. Beds are comfortable, showers powerful and pool warm. We are a family of 4 (with older, adult sized teens) and we have all had the space to be together and privacy to be separate as we have needed. There are even full length mirrors. This is an excellent base, with friendly management and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
