「Sehr gutes Hotel in jeder Beziehung. Deutlich besser als viele 5-Sterne-Hotels in denen wir auch schon waren. In diesem Hotel waren wir nicht das letzte Mal.」

「We stayed in the adults only section. Room was decent and although we had an air con issue on the first day, the maintenance team resolved it right away. Staff were always lovely and friendly happy to help. Laura and Naomi on reception were very helpful and accommodating and Chef/Ches in catering was funny and very good at his job, always very quick service. Plenty of sunbeds. Spa was okay, a bit small and sauna wasnt working. Had a treatment was okay but more light touch than deep tissue....

「A really lovely well maintained hotel. The food was fantastic with plenty of choice. All the staff that we spoke to were really friendly and helpful. Really loved how peaceful it was in the day. The location was perfect, just the right distance for a stroll into Playa Blanca. We were given an upgrade on arrival so had access to the quiet pool, self service bar and seating area which, except for some road noise, was great. We also used the main pool a lot and the service at the bar and at lunch...

「Nice room. But I really didn’t like the cleaner simply walking in at 9am while I was getting ready for a shower. She did the same thing an hour later when I was working. Please tell staff they should at least knock and wait a few seconds for an answer before entering a room. The WiFi is not particularly good. The outdoor bars aren’t very nice and need more staff. The food was ok though nothing special.」
