На першому поверсі шале просторий зал з сучасним дизайном, ексклюзивна мебель, вбиральня, біо-камін, панорамне вікно та вихід на терасу. Наша простора тераса обладна сучасним американським грилем Broil King, на якому поціновувачі барбекю зможуть приготувати безліч смаколиків. Влітку є чудова можливість позасмагати біля нашого басейну.
В «Шале Олень» наявна кухонна зона, обладнана всім необхідним для приготування їжі. Також сауна для всієї компанії в будь-який момент! Липова сауна обладнана преміальним обладнанням фінської фірми HUMM з наповненням лікувальними каменями жадеїт.
