Great hotel, very well located, especially to the metro (90 seconds walk) - the only thing that let us (and overheard others), the hot food at the buffet breakfast was consistently not hot, they need to work on that. Other breakfast items were perfect, fruits, pastries etc.

Central location, the facilities were good enough. Reception works 9 to 5, and as we arrived after 5 we were given instructions on how to check in and which apartment to go to. We had a great stay at this hotel, which is right on the corner with Vitosha street. Great location, walkable to all the main attractions. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
