"Searching for the hotel name on Hotels.com and entering it into the Didi app makes it very easy to find. Once you arrive at the building, take the elevator to the 10th floor to find the check-in office. The staff are incredibly friendly. You can store your luggage if you arrive early, and they even notify you via WeChat when your room is ready. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. Every day, they provide fresh towels and bottled water, and they empty the trash bins. The location is...

Hotel is beautiful and the staff was very friendly. I had issues checking in but only because my flight into Qingdao was delayed and I arrived early the next morning (1am) but the gentleman at the front desk was able to fix my reservation and get me into a beautifully big room. Overall stay was good with only a few concerns/issues. Pros - The bathroom was large with a nice stand up shower with a separate bath tub. - The room was extremely roomy with plenty of extra space to feel at home....

The breakfast buffet is ok - not bad but not great either. There are western and chinese choices and the staff is very helpful. The buffet gets 4 out 5 stars. Good location for the hotel near the sea and generally good neighborhood. Normal chinese rules of the road apply - bring your patience and know...
