The bed linen is too thin. The TV/ internet connection comes and goes. Not enough kleenex. The A/C would sometimes make a loud sound.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the historical center! Everything about our stay was wonderful, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the 24/7 café was such a nice touch. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

This place is one of those hidden gems you almost don’t want to leave a review out of fear more people will find out. The rooms are beautifully curated and the attentiveness of staff is unmatched. The property is quiet despite being located in the middle of the hustle and bustle of downtown. There are very few hotels I’d go back to ahain, but this one will definitely be my go to lodging in CDMX.
