Gosh, 30+ years traveling I have never experienced this. The next day walked back to hotel at 12:15 and was locked out not able to get into my room to fetch luggage to check out. Out told all hotels lock the door at 12pm at checkout date. Obviously Expedia, other than the hotel, as a leading brand is the industry is also responsible for this terrible, unpleasant and vacation-killing experience. Why hotel has not records? Integration between Expedia and gore is a key.
