hotel bueno , personal terrible

llegue por la noche , el lugar no hablan ingles por la noche solo un señor por la mañanA ,despues de que pague mi habitacion por fin a darme a entender con traductores chinos aplicaciones ,a la mañana siguiente me dicen que la habitacion costaba mas que me tocaba pagar mas dinero por que la habitacion que dormi costaba mas entonces si valia 174 rmb me toco pagar 280 rmb , no quise formar problema y pague el dinero , el servicio al aerouerto no existe ellos te llaman un taxi personal pero te cobran mucho mas por ser turismo .

Don't use their map! Nice hotel though!

First of all the map on the website of hotels.com was incorrect. The location is a kilometer or 2 away from the map location. I felt the room was fine with a nice clean bed. The carpet seemed like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Shower was nice with good shower head but it was easy to make the entire bathroom floor very wet. Overall it was fine!

No airport pick up

The hotel was okay but it did advertis free airport pick up but when we called they said that there was no such thing.
