7.4/10 Good! (444 reviews)
The room was extremely basic—very hostel-like, but at a very high price.
The room was clean and the AC worked well, but the bathroom only had soap in the shower (the dispenser didn’t even worked properly), and none by the sink. There was no shampoo either. I honestly can’t remember staying at a hotel that didn’t provide basic soap and shampoo.
It was also quite inconvenient that check-in was two blocks away, especially when my room key card stopped working and I had to walk there at night to get it reactivated.
My room was on the first floor and was quite noisy. I could hear doors slamming, people shouting, and people showering.
Overall, I would not stay here again.

"Beautiful grounds and location. The pool wasn’t very clean, the spa was closed, and there is no gym, so there’s not a ton in terms of amenities on the immediate grounds. Breakfast was lovely, though."

8.4/10 Very Good! (137 reviews)
"Big comfortable beds, delicious food, decent choice of drinks (although somewhat limited for all-inclusive). Friendly and helpful staff. We came as a couple and hadn't realised quite how many kids there would be but that's not the hotel's fault, it's our fault for coming on holiday in August (we ..."
